Property Surveys In London
Our property surveys are conducted by highly skilled surveyors following RICS best practice guidelines. Our service is always entirely independent and impartial, so you can be confident in the reports we provide. We provide two main property surveys:
RICS Building Surveys (Level 3)
A RICS Building Survey is the most detailed of our property surveys. The Building Survey gives you a thorough assessment of the structure, condition and construction of a property, as well as technical advice on any repairs needed.
RICS Home Buyer Surveys (Level 2)
A Home Buyer Survey is designed to help you make a well-informed decision about purchasing a property in London. It can help you to assess whether you’re paying a fair price as well as minimising the risk of unexpected issues and costs arising in the future.
Residential & Commercial Property Valuations
As fully qualified Chartered Surveyors, we provide valuations that are completely independent and impartial, giving you confidence in the accuracy and reliability of our advice.
Our valuation services cover a wide range of property types and purposes, including residential property valuations for investors, homebuyers and property owners, as well as freehold and leasehold extension valuations. We also provide expert valuations for commercial properties, alongside reinstatement cost assessments for insurance purposes.
Party Wall Services
Our surveyors can act on behalf of the Building Owner or the Adjacent Owner, assess the nature of the Party Wall and its position in relation to both individual properties. They will provide impartial advice for either party in consideration of planned structural changes or repairs needed.
We advise on all aspects of Party Wall matters, including the preparation and service of Party Wall Notices, carrying out Party Wall Surveys, and assisting with Party Wall Awards.
