Do I need a market valuation?

For buyers, a valuation can provide reassurance that the price is fair. Once the survey has been completed, the RICS surveyor can combine this with their local knowledge to provide an accurate market valuation. This also includes a reinstatement cost assessment which is the estimated cost of rebuilding a property in the event of the total loss or substantial damage.
