We’re an independent, family-owned chartered surveyor company that’s been acting in the best interests of London home buyers since 2005. 

Being a relatively small team, compared to some of our national counterparts, we can be flexible in the services we offer and can respond to any specific concerns and requirements.

We’re registered with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and meet the high standards for technical expertise, clear pricing, customer protection and honest service that they demand.

We predominantly work with customers looking to survey and assess residential properties, but we’ve also work with banks, solicitors, and commercial clients.

Barnes & Barnes was previously known as Haywater Surveyors. We rebranded the company in 2015.
