Independent Chartered Surveyors & Property Valuers in London
Realise Your Property Dreams. Protect Your Property Interests
Surveys
Valuations
Valuations provide an accurate idea of the market value of a property. As RICS registered valuation surveyors, we regularly provide valuations for:
Investors, home buyers and property owners
Probate
Capital gains (including non-UK residents)
Inheritance tax
Leasehold extension and enfranchisement
Shared ownership and staircasing
Reinstatement cost assessments
Party Walls
Our surveyors can act on behalf of the Building Owner or the Adjacent Owner, assess the nature of the Party Wall and its position in relation to both individual properties, and can provide impartial advice for either party in consideration of planned structural changes or repairs needed.
We can advise on Party Wall issues, including conducting Party Wall Surveys and assisting in Party Wall Awards or Party Wall Notices.
Reduce your risk with a comprehensive survey
Surveys are important because they reduce your risk and protect your interests. By inspecting a property and looking at the site, structure and services you will have sufficient knowledge of any damage, defects or potential dangers that make affect the decisions you will make.

Choosing the right survey
Our team is often asked which survey is the right one for you. There are three levels of the RICS home surveys: the Condition Report (level 1), the HomeBuyer Report (level 2), and the Building Survey (level 3). The best property survey will depend on the property and take into account the age and condition of the property, as well as what you have planned for it.
